Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phcrown33," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phcrown33 online gaming platform, operated and accessible at phcrown33.app.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phcrown33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by registering on phcrown33.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a player's phcrown33 account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Acceptance of Terms

Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You agree to notify phcrown33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phcrown33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your phcrown33 account is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorized by you. You must not allow any third party to access or use your phcrown33 account. phcrown33 does not permit account sharing, account transfers, or the sale or assignment of an account to any other person.

4.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your phcrown33 account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your account information promptly or notify phcrown33 support. phcrown33 may request re-verification of updated account details before processing transactions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phcrown33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phcrown33 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on phcrown33 is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions and ₱200 for bank transfers. Deposits are typically credited to your phcrown33 account within minutes. phcrown33 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are outside phcrown33's control.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 4 business hours. phcrown33 reserves the right to impose reasonable processing periods and to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

5.4 Transaction Limits

phcrown33 may apply transaction limits to individual accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to daily deposit caps, maximum single withdrawal amounts, and minimum wagering activity requirements prior to withdrawal. Players subject to self-imposed deposit limits under phcrown33's responsible gaming tools will have those limits enforced at the transaction level.

5.5 Suspicious Transactions

phcrown33 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. phcrown33 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and may be required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phcrown33 are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, as published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus rules set out in this Section apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be specified for each promotion. phcrown33 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirement completion and at what percentage.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phcrown33 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with normal player behavior, or coordinating with other players to abuse bonus terms. phcrown33 may void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is suspected, at its sole determination.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus balances that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates.

Gameplay & Wagering

7.1 Game Availability

phcrown33 makes no guarantee that all games will be available at all times. Game availability may be affected by maintenance, provider restrictions, regulatory requirements, or technical issues. phcrown33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or add games to the platform at any time without notice.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game failure that affects a wager, phcrown33's decision regarding the outcome of that wager is final. Wagers placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and any affected amounts refunded to the player's account balance. No compensation beyond the refund of the original stake will be offered in such circumstances.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to individual games and are displayed within each game interface. Wagers placed outside advertised limits may be voided. phcrown33 reserves the right to impose additional wagering limits on specific accounts at its discretion.

7.4 Sports Betting Specifics

All sports bets placed on phcrown33 are subject to the sports betting rules published on the platform, which form part of these Terms. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play (live) bets accepted after a material change in event status may be voided. phcrown33's trading decisions, including the suspension or closure of markets, are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcrown33 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with phcrown33 games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Registering while subject to a self-exclusion or platform-imposed suspension;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access phcrown33's underlying technology or source code;

Intellectual Property

All content on the phcrown33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and visual elements, is the property of phcrown33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phcrown33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phcrown33 content without prior written authorization. All trademarks and branding associated with phcrown33 are proprietary and may not be used without express consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcrown33 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or game malfunctions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from decisions made by you in the course of gameplay;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside phcrown33's direct control.

phcrown33's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

phcrown33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

phcrown33 may be required to disclose player data to Philippine regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, anti-money laundering agencies, and law enforcement bodies, where legally required to do so. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by phcrown33

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory compliance requires account restriction;
• The account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21 years.

13.2 Treatment of Balances on Termination

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phcrown33 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is legitimately owed to the player and no violation has occurred, phcrown33 will process the outstanding balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your phcrown33 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure is processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

Amendments to These Terms

phcrown33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phcrown33 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on phcrown33.app. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be referred to phcrown33's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or tribunals of the Philippines. phcrown33's decisions on game outcomes and account actions taken in accordance with these Terms are final and are not subject to external dispute arbitration unless required by applicable Philippine law.
